Class 3 will spend the whole day travelling back in time to experience what life was like during the Stone Age, through to the settled farmers of the Bronze Age. They will get dressed up and try some of the various tasks typically carried out during these times. We will be whittling to make a willow spear and practise spear-throwing, paint using natural pigments and learn how to build a shelter to protect yourself from the elements. In the surrounds of a glowing embers of the campfire. After lunch, we will travel forwards into the Bronze Age where you will spend time in our authentic Bronze Age Roundhouse and garden, cooking, working with willow and pottery-making. A really awesome experience to travel back in time.
